The olive oil used by the kitchen is produced by the village’s olive trees that are grown and cultivated without pesticides or fertilizers.
The olives are harvested when ripe and the oil is cold ground within 8 hours of collection. in this way is obtained an organic oil with natural acidity lower than 1%.
Finally, the excellent cuisine at the beach, which offers fresh seafood, tasty and simple dishes for those who prefer a light lunch.
The village has 2 restaurants serving fresh food, mostly provided by local firms (fishers and farmers). The first restaurant is “à la cart”, the second self service.
